The Desktop Book of the Pros

A friend forwarded a copy of this book to me, knowing that I rely heavily on such products in my profession. I have seen many such texts come out over the past 10 years, most not worthy of my time. I thought this would be another product that simply traced the primary principles of National Security Law as it stood during the 1990's. Accordingly, I did not bother to flip through it for many months, then one weekend, bored, I picked it up and read the first chapter, which made me curious, as it was actually relevant to the cutting-edge issues tht I confront in my professional life. I then spent the next two days reading, rereading, and studying this book. I commend it to all, it is an incredible resource, and now sits on the desks of the primary decision-makers across the Executive Branch. Bravo to the authors!! Thank you for the dedication, hard work, and intellect that obviously went into this effort!! To those new to this subject matter, if you want to know the analysis and thought processes that go into every important decision made in the context of the current world-wide war, read this book.
