Horrible Organization

This big is a horrible mixture of both full cases, mini-cases and an outline. There is no structure to it whatsoever besides the chapters. It seems as though the authors of the text decided what chapters they wanted to do, find all the material they can and jumble it together. May be one of the worst textbooks I have had in law school.
