Heavy Reading, Informative, Thorough

This book was an assigned text for a Graduate class I was taking. The chapters are very lengthy, but are very well structured and informative. For a non-lawyer it's a bit difficult to glean the context of law sometimes, and the reading can be VERY dry, so much to the point that eyes often glaze over and re-reading is required to get an understanding or grasp of the concepts. I honestly hope never to use this book again, but I have learned a lot from it.
