All major Supreme Court authority is covered, including the 2013 Actavis 'reverse payments' and Phoebe Putney 'hospital regulation' cases, as well as the 2010 Merger Guidelines and developments in lower court treatment of tying, bundled pricing and mergers.

Antitrust Authority

Thomas Morgan lays down the law as it should be taught. Following a general timeline of antitrust history, this book breaks down antitrust law into four identifiable periods of court rulings that reflect antitrust thinking at the given time. The "notes/comments" section following each chapter offers thought provoking questions that will help you prepare for the following class. Although, I wish that these questions offered some insight from the author as to what he believes the answers are to the tough questions. But ah, that is the beauty of antitrust law; There are no answers.
