This book helped me get an A for sure. It's keyed to the textbook my Professor used. Was great for finals when I had trouble recalling fact patterns of cases we had studied I could look up the condensed version in here instead of trying to skim the case for the relevant material.

May be good if used with keyed text

This book is not particularly useful when read independently of the keyed text. The language reads as though written by first year law students. I would not recommend unless you also are reading the Areeda Casebook.
