About the Author
Meg Haston survived braces and glasses in middle school; whether she rocked them is debatable. She did go on to rock other things, including but not limited to slap bracelets, a B.S. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, and an M.Ed. in Professional Counseling from the University of Georgia.
How to Rock Break-Ups and Make-Ups is her second novel in the How to Rock series.

So- and- So Sequel

Okay, when I first heard that How to Rock Braces and Glasses was getting a sequel, I was super excited. I just, like, couldn't wait for it to come out. But then it did and I have to say that I was a little bit diasppointed.
It was good and I liked it but I think that if I was asked if I would trade it in for another book that I really want, I would say yes.
What I didn't like about it was probably just because I loved the sequel so much and most of the time the first books are better than the sequels, and it is very rare for it to be the other way around. As expected, the first was better.
I'm not just going to say bad things about this book though- it was funny and interesting and for the most part I liked it, just not quite as much as the first book. I'm hoping for a third book, although this one does end the series (if it's meant to end the series, of course,) very well.

Buyer BEWARE! This is the EXACT SAME BOOK AS How To Rock Best Friends and Frenemies just with a different title and cover. What a rip off. And as some have already mentioned, it is not anywhere near as good as How to Rock Braces and Glasses.

I chose this rating because I loved the book. I liked how she changed again at the end. It was a really true story filled with humor and sadness and adventure. I enjoyed it a lot, but to really understand it and enjoy it fully you should read "How To ROCK Braces And Glases"first. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs to know how to ROCK break- ups and make-ups.
